Trying to eat healthy and Organic can be frustrating at times. I spent a few hours in a store trying to buy Organic groceries on a set budget. It just couldn't be done using one store. I thought wouldn't it be great if we had a Treasure map that could lead us to all that great Organic food? I get a lot of questions: What to buy? Where to buy? Mainly, Can I afford it? These are all great questions. For this blog I really want to focus on where to buy. This is the hardest obstacle after you've made the right choice.

Once you see the light of eating Organic then you start to wonder? Why doesn't everyone want to eat this way. Why can't I find this in a normal restaurant? How can something so simple be so hard? Every time I find an interesting fact about Organics, then I find someone trying to wave a banner to say that it’s a fruitless effort. Could I be that wrong? Could eating Organic be a complete waste of time and energy? So here is my take on the myth of eating Organic. Good, Bad or Otherwise.
If you are ready to make the switch to eating Organic then a good plan might be in order. Going through your Pantry and tossing away all the non-organic food might not be a good idea. Most of us could never afford to run out to a Whole Foods and drop thousands of dollars at once. A slow steady approach might get you a lot closer to your goal.
Going Organic isn't for everyone. Why would you want to take the hard road? Why do food companies produce food that isn't Organic? They try to say that "Natural food is healthy" but in fact it's not. Saying that food is natural only means that it's not artificial. So why isn't natural food Organic?
